Legal AI that finishes the job.

Legora is very good at research and review. Aline does that work too, then carries the contract through intake, approval, signature and the report your CFO asks for at quarter end.

SOC 2 Type IINo card requiredOnboarding included

An Aline report across a contract portfolio, showing status, agreement type, effective date and payment terms.

Everything Legora does, Aline does too.

Research with real citations, redlining against your playbooks, agentic workflows, the add-ins your team already has, a choice of frontier models, and the certifications your security team will ask for.

Then it keeps going.

A contract does not end at the redline. It gets approved, signed, filed, and then someone asks what is in it.

Legal intake where the business already asks

Someone in sales types @Aline in Teams or Slack with the MSA attached. Aline opens the ticket, picks the workflow, routes the approval and starts the redline. Nobody has to be taught a portal.

Live since July 2026, and in daily use by teams who never adopted a legal request form.

Redline against your own playbook

Aline builds the playbook from agreements you have already signed, then marks up third-party paper against it. Fallback positions and approved language come with it.

Run it on one NDA or on a whole quarter of paper. The invoice does not notice the difference.

Aline's composer, with the instruction to redline a Service Level Agreement in favour of Aline Co using the Aline Standard MSA Playbook.

Every edit arrives as a tracked change

Aline proposes, a lawyer accepts. Playbook edits land in the document as tracked changes and take effect only once someone signs off on them, so the AI never quietly rewrites your position.

Carved out clauses are flagged rather than silently accepted, which is what a reviewer actually wants to see.

Northwind MSA · clause 11.2 Limitation of liability

Supplier's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three (3) months the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, excluding liability for breach of confidentiality, indemnified claims and wilful misconduct.

Playbook · Commercial MSA: a 12-month fee cap is our standard. Three months sits below the fallback floor, so Aline proposed the standard and flagged the carve-outs.

Ask the whole portfolio one question

Which MSAs auto-renew next quarter? Aline answers across every executed contract and builds the table, with links back to the clause it read. Nobody tags metadata first.

Finance asks the same question at quarter end and gets the same table. This is the half of the job a research tool never reaches.

An Aline prompt reading: show me all my MSAs that are auto-renewing in the next quarter and create reminders for each one a month before their cancellation notice occurs.
The resulting Aline report, generated with AI: a grid of agreements with type, workflow, contract start and expiration date.

The product moves every two weeks.

Our founders are on customer calls most days, and what comes out of those calls tends to be in the product within the month. Here is one quarter of it.

Busy weeks cost nothing extra.

Legora meters its agent tier by credit, so the work your team does in a closing week turns into a bigger bill. Aline meters nothing.

Consumption pricing

A platform fee, then credits for whatever the agent does. The rate is set in your own contract.

Before you ask.

Can we run Aline alongside Legora?
Teams do it all the time, usually keeping the research tool for one more renewal while Aline takes intake, workflow, signature and reporting. Start a free trial on your real paper and decide at renewal rather than at the demo.
Does Aline do legal research?
Yes, with citations. Aline runs on GPT, Claude and Gemini under zero data retention, and research is curated: SEC filings, government agencies, courts, regulators, firm publications and institutions, never Reddit or social feeds. Answers take a few seconds longer than a raw model and come back with the source attached.
Is the AI usage genuinely unlimited?
Yes. Reports, playbooks, redlines, research, chat, workflows, documents, templates and e-signatures are all unlimited on both plans. There is no credit balance, no token meter and no overage line. Your invoice is your user count times your rate, and nothing else.
What happens in a heavy week?
Nothing. A closing week where the team runs four hundred redlines costs exactly what a quiet week costs. Nobody has to decide whether a document is worth spending the budget on.
How does consumption pricing compare?
Under a consumption model you pay a platform fee plus credits for the work the agent does, with the credit rate set in your own agreement. It can suit a firm that wants to bill AI work back to a matter. If you would rather know the number in advance, a flat per-user price is the simpler shape, and ours is on this page.
Is our contract data used to train models?
No. Aline is SOC 2 Type II, encrypted in transit and at rest, and every model we route to runs on a zero data retention agreement. See aline.co/security for the detail and the subprocessor list.
How long does implementation take?
Setup in minutes, workflows live by day five, reporting and signing by day thirty. Up to twenty hours of onboarding is in the price, run by practising attorneys rather than a support queue.

Put it on your own paper.

Three weeks on your real contracts, no card, nothing to watch a balance on. Most teams know by the second week.

What the first month looks like
  1. Day one. Connect Google Drive, SharePoint, Box or Dropbox. Aline classifies what is already there.
  2. Day five. Intake live in Slack or Teams, first workflows running.
  3. Day thirty. Reporting across the portfolio, signing inside the workflow.
