This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Aline Technologies, Inc. ("Aline", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, or discloses information about you in connection with our website (the "Site") and our products, services, and applications (together with the Site, the "Service").  By visiting the Site or creating an account with the Service, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, storage, and use of personal information as detailed in the Policy.

  • Third-Party Marketing.  Unless authorized by you, we do not provide personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • As Directed by You. Aline may provide personal information to third parties at your direction or with your consent, such as providing profile or other account information to other users of the Service in accordance with normal operation of the Service, or to third parties in connection with a product offer you expressed interest in.
  • To Related Companies. Aline may provide your information to its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and other related companies consistent with the Policy.

We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aline may maintain some or all of this data in its archives even after it has been removed from the Service.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that an individual under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the personal information to the extent required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)).
