Do third-parties need an Aline account?
Nope! You can send Aline documents to any external party and the recipient does not need an Aline account. The recipient can collaborate with you on edits to the document, complete tasks in an Aline Workflow, and do whatever is necessary to get your deal done.
Are there any maintenance fees?
No maintenance fees and no fees for contract volumes. Plain and simple.
How secure is Aline?
Security and privacy are crucial for contracts. Aline holds our full stack to the highest global privacy and security standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (ACH or Wire) and credit card payments. You are able to save your payment method on file if you prefer.
Can I try Aline before I buy?
Yes, you can use all of Aline's Team plan features free for 21 days, without entering payment details. At the end of your 21-day free trial, you have the option to purchase Aline. If you need help choosing the right plan, please contact email@example.com.
What happens to my data if a close my Aline account?
You own your data and can download your documents at any time. If you cancel your subscription, there is a grace period for you to migrate your documents off Aline before your data is removed from Aline's systems.
What do you mean by "unlimited" documents?
Unlike many e-signature competitors, Aline's plans allow you to send and electronically sign as many documents as you’d like using AlineSign. There are no volume charges on documents.
Do you offer discounts for start-ups?
