Before Aline, keeping the register current was a daily grind. Contracts were signed in one tool, stored in another, and logged by hand in a third.
"Before using Aline, every day I spent a lot of time, like really a lot of time," Iryna said. "I would go to my email, download the signed contracts, drop them into the general file, then go to the spreadsheet which is our register and just manually write what the contract is, what's the date, all of the information, and then drop the link."
It was simple work that never stopped, and it scaled badly as the company and its contract volume grew. Appodeal needed one place where every agreement, vendor, customer, contractor, NDA, DPA, MSA, insertion order, lived and stayed current on its own.

"I would go to my email, download the signed contracts, drop them into the general file, then go to the spreadsheet which is our register and just manually write what the contract is, what's the date, all of the information, and then drop the link."
Appodeal consolidated onto Aline as a single source of truth. Signed documents sync in automatically, and Aline reads each one and files it into a master register, recognizing the contract type, dates, and parties without anyone typing a thing.
"Now using Aline, really, I just don't care about it honestly," Iryna said. "The guys sign the contract, and it just automatically drops to the register, and it recognizes what type of contract it is, the date, the vendor, whatever. Whatever I need, it's there. And it's amazing."
Using Aline, Iryna can:
- Keep every contract type in one filterable register that populates itself on signing
- Sync documents in automatically so nothing has to be logged by hand
- Send agreements for signature to multiple parties in one workflow
- Redline with counterparties directly, with every change tracked in the open
- Ask plain-language questions to find an agreement by party or email
- Get automatic renewal and expiration reminders ahead of every notice deadline
The two-party redlining won her over on a live deal. "We tried it with one company and it was really cool, because we could track the changes," Iryna said. "They were able to discuss it inside Aline, and the whole process was really transparent for everyone. They were not able to make changes outside of tracking. That was really cool."

The register keeps itself. What used to be a daily manual logging task now happens on its own the moment a contract is signed. "It's really a couple of hours, for sure, economized for me," Iryna said. "That's a great feature, really."
Transparent redlining. Negotiations that once happened over email now run inside Aline, fully tracked, with no off-the-record changes.
Nothing slips through. Automatic reminders read each contract's end date and notice period and flag renewals before the deadline. "Those reminders are really important for us," Iryna said. "The idea is perfect, that it works automatically, almost."
Support that feels like a savior. This came up again and again. "I love that the team is always there to help," Iryna said. "It is such a savior, because not in every company is there a really good, responsive support team. Usually you wait ages for a reply, or it's not clear who to contact. Here it's super easy, super straightforward."
