Breas Medical is a global respiratory care company with operations in 35+ countries. Running legal for a business that size usually means a large department, but at Breas the entire contracting function sits with a three-person team: a General Counsel, a paralegal, and a data privacy officer.
Before Aline, Breas had cycled through two other contract lifecycle management platforms. The first never made it past implementation. The second, a well known leader in the space, worked well as a repository, but predated the current wave of AI tooling and was difficult to implement and difficult to work with day to day.
